More than 12,000 Rompers involved in 2400 teams brought the streets of Melbourne alive on Sunday 21 March in the Melbourne City Romp.

In 2010 we had a New Date, New Sponsors, New Corporate event, New Twists!

There was new challenges, new quirky and iconic checkpoints to visit, greater emphasis on fundraising for Romp for a Cure with awesome prizes won, PLUS all the fun, frivolity and colour that makes the Romp such a unique event.

Part treasure hunt, part ‘Amazing Race’, part puzzle – the Melbourne City Romp is definitely a charity fundraising event like no other!!

Rompers raised more than $110,000 to assist Burnet in its fight against The ‘Big Three’: HIV, TB and malaria, some of the world’s worst infectious diseases which cause the death of seven million people each year.

The countdown has begun – see you in Melbourne in March, 2011!

Where does the money go to?

Three Burnet projects fighting The 'Big Three': HIV, TB and malaria will directly benefit from the $118,000 raised by our Rompers and their supporters -THANKS!
